FOCUSPOINT ACQUIRES AMERICA ON HOLD of New Jersey

Manassas, Virginia Monday, November 22, 2004 – Focuspoint, Inc., based in Manassas, VA, announced today they have closed on the acquisition of America On Hold of New Jersey. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
